The Insurance Process

We are guided by OSHA regulations and train our workers on a regular basis. It is important to review the basics and keep abreast of the newest technologies found in the marketplace today.

We provide our crews with all the safety equipment needed for the work that is to be done. While others may require their employ- ees to provide their own tools and equipment, we think that is our responsibility to protect our customers by protecting our workers.

Meticulously following our multistep assessment process, Rector Roofing and Restoration will present to you all our collaborated data. With an understanding of the full needs of the project, we will offer a custom fit solution for your restoration needs. All at no cost to you in our effort to earn your business!

STEP ONE

A detailed, onsite inspection of the damage from both the perspective of an insurance adjuster as well as an experienced contractor!

STEP TWO

Obtain an Eagle View TM report of the property. Utilizing Aerial Pictometery, we are able to confirm all roof measurements to the square inch!

STEP THREE

With this obtained data, our project manager will build a detailed report of the inspection.

STEP FOUR

Our project manager will build a complete estimate using Xactomate software. The same software used by 92% of the insurance industry.
